I can't lie, the shit you let this guy get away with boggles my mind. And I hate to play the “imagine if Obama did this” game, but imagine if we had unemployment at 10% with 18 million Americans out of work and Obama did a press conference from a Country Club. You righties would go out of your minds. And then throw in 160,000 dead on his watch. Can you imagine? You lost your shit over 4 dead in Benghazi. You would get all over Obama because he didn't understand that people were hurting economically, and were dying, and that it was out of place to have a press conference where millionaires and billionaires were mingling. And when Obama countered that unemployment “fell” to 10%, you’d remind him that it was under his watch that unemployment “rose” to a point that it had to fall back down to still historic rates. We know the back and forth you’d hit Obama with. And yet there Trump was, in the middle of a pandemic, at a time when food pantries have been over-run, holding a press conference in front of his millionaire and billionaire buddies. And no one on the right says a thing. I guess you’ve pretty much accepted the hypocrisy that’s baked into the Trump cake and that history will judge you all harshly for your complicit silence. But as Bill Barr said, history is written by the winners. So I understand why you’re fighting tooth-and-nail and pulling out every dirty trick to win in November. Voter suppression, disinformation, soliciting Russia or any other foreign government sleazy enough to help you, slowing down mail service. Cuz you know you better do everything you can not to have somebody else at the printing press after this era when the typesetting begins.

Remember when Trump said that bullshit about how he'd be too busy working to play golf if he became President. How’d that declaration work out? I saw a report that said security for Trump’s Mar-A-Lago trips cost 13 million a month when he goes there and has cost over 118 million when you factor in all his visits to the Trump Organization golf clubs. Any word from the deficit hawks about that kind of spending? Nothing? So why not address the nation from one of his golf spots to tell us the same bullshit about Coronavirus going away “as things do” and that he just shot 20 under par. He could have been a pro, but he decided to be a prez. Believe him.
